Run behind the wall at the top of the map to avoid some of the darts thrown then sheild bash everyone you can. Sheild bash also removes the blocking action from your opponents sheilding actions. Chronolith Trials are slabs that stick out from the ground. The animation is quicker and enables you to run around more. The Hand of Titan: Trial by Earth is one of the many Chronolith Trials you can complete in Final Fantasy 16. Pro-tip, use sheild bash a lot in this one. The combo counter only goes up with successful hits. Admittedly, I am not the best at combat-based games, but this card is way too frustrating for me. It is really sucking the fun out of this game. Do enemies attack more readily on normal or hard, making it easier than easy mode? Do I need to unlock more than the goblet to make them more aggressive? I've lost so many games to this card. I think that the most I was able to get was 15. If I get several hits in and increase my combo, the enemies just stand around holding up their shields until the counter resets to 0. If theres one thing RPGs have taught me, its that eventually, all great heroes must have their skills tested in a combat arena, and for our intrepid Advent. If I attack and it goes after a different enemy than I intended, the counter resets to 0. If I attack and miss, the counter resets to 0. When combat occurs, the game switches to a third-person perspective brawler-style game, requiring the player to time attacks, blocks, dodges, and other abilities to defeat enemies without losing all their health.
